How it works

  1. 1

Choose a PDF and text or image mode.

  2. 2

Set opacity, rotation, size, position, and target pages.

  3. 3

Preview and download one watermarked copy.

Private by design

Watermark text, images, previews, and PDF bytes remain on this device.

Your PDF files are read, previewed, edited, and rebuilt on this device. The server delivers the application, not your documents.

Specific limits

Version 2.1 places watermarks above existing content. A behind-content option is intentionally not offered.

Text and PNG/JPG image modes are supported.

Nine positions and centered or tiled layouts are available.

Opacity and rotation can be tuned before export.

Apply a visible, proportionate watermark

Text mode works well for statuses such as Draft, Confidential, Approved, or a recipient name. Image mode accepts a validated PNG or JPG for a logo or stamp. A centered diagonal mark is noticeable without occupying a header, while one of the nine anchored positions is better for a compact brand mark. Tiled layout repeats the mark across the page and is harder to crop away, but it can reduce readability. Adjust opacity, rotation, and scale together, then preview pages with both sparse and dense content before export.

Target all pages, odd or even pages, or a custom range when covers and appendices need different treatment. Range values refer to the PDF positions displayed by the tool. The watermark is drawn above existing content; the interface deliberately does not claim a behind-content option that has not been implemented. Image bytes and text remain local, and the result is validated before download. Because the operation constructs a new document, preserve the source and recheck signatures, form behavior, navigation, accessibility tags, and any page area where the new mark might obscure essential information.

A watermark communicates status but is not access control, authentication, authorization, encryption, or guaranteed copy protection. Share the result through channels appropriate to its sensitivity, and never rely on a visible mark alone to prevent extraction or reuse of the underlying document content.

Can I watermark only some pages?

Yes. Choose all, odd, even, or a page range.

Is the watermark behind the content?

No. Version 2.1 deliberately adds it above content.
